It installs as an extension in your OS and a plug-in for your browser. The sliding bar lets you do stop-action analysis on the player motion - ideal for studying baseball mechanics. FOR USERS OF OLD INTERNET EXPLORER ON WINDOWS: Apple has provided an ActiveX control but with upgrade to newer version of Quicktime, it should not be required.
